These buyers had some very unique wishes! Three children, one a university student that needed space for time at home, but not necessarily his own bedroom.
The Buyer’s sister who wanted to move here to Calgary and needed her own space but not necessarily a formal suite….. a main living space big enough for family dinners and games night – oh, and a yard for the furry member of the family! lol
